After one of the most intense and unexpected presidential races in US history, Republican candidate Donald Trump has been elected as President for a second, non-consecutive term in the White House.
While the race was predicted to be close up until election day, Trump swept a landslide victory, winning 312 electors as well as the popular vote.
While Trump managed to secure the votes of the public, Harris proved to be the more popular candidate among A-listers.

Which Celebrities Endorsed Kamala Harris?
Musicians
Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, and Taylor Swift are just a handful of the world’s most popular musicians who endorsed the Harris/Walz ticket. Others include will.i.am, Rihanna, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez, Madonna, Cardi B, Eminem, Bad Bunny, Oliva Rodrigo, Usher, Neil Young, Lizzo, Mick Jagger, and Bruce Springsteen.
Global pop sensation Billie Eilish has long been an advocate for the Democratic campaign, changing the lyrics in one of her most popular songs to reflect her dismay at the overturning of Roe vs. Wade. When it was confirmed that Trump had won the election, Eilish posted on Instagram that his victory was “a war on women.”

While Trump supporters tend to back the man outright, some of Harris’ defendants have been more open to acknowledging her flaws.
Chappel Roan, a pop star who has risen to meteoric fame over the last year, released a video in which she shared that she would be voting for Kamala Harris while acknowledging that her stance on certain issues was flawed and some of her policies skewed.
Actors
Much like the A-list musicians endorsing Harris, the Democratic party gained the support of the biggest female actors in the industry.
Meryl Streep, Lili Reinhart, Hilary Duff, Jessica Alba, Jamie Lee Curtis, Christina Applegate, Yvette Nicole Brown, Bette Midler, Jennifer Lawrence, Jennifer Anniston, Viola Davis, Chloe Moretz, Aubrey Plaza. Whoopi Goldberg went so far as to refuse to say Trump’s name on The View.

It wasn’t only female actors endorsing Harris. Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Dick Van Dyke, Will Ferrel, Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, George Clooney, and Robert De Niro are merely a few of the most influential actors who voted blue.
Harris even had the support of the Marvel universe, with Avengers actors Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, and Robert Downey Jr. all throwing their support behind the Democrats.
Athletes
Several Black athletes supporting the Harris campaign made it clear that Trump’s past comments had impacted their choice to vote Blue. With his history of risky comments about pro basketballer LeBron James, it’s unsurprising that numerous A-list players, including Steph Curry, Magic Johnson, Chris Paul, and LeBron James himself, all voted for the Democratic ticket.

Which celebrities endorsed Donald Trump?
If Harris was more successful with creatives, Trump came out on top with the tycoons and kingpins of the business world. He also proved to be a smash hit with media personalities, casino moguls, and even astronauts.
Musicians
Trump was a huge hit with the Republican south during this election. It’s no wonder, then, that a lot of the celebrity musicians endorsing him are country stars. Jason Aldean, Lee Greenwood, Kid Rock, Brian Kelley, Travis Tritt, and Trump’s Celebrity Apprentice co-star John Rich all showed their support for the Republican candidate.

Kelley even released a song for the occasion titled “Make America Great Again,” while Greenwood, Janson and Kelley performed at the Republican National Convention. And while Miley Cyrus collaborated with Harris on live streams to drum up support, her country star father Billy Ray Cyrus voted in the opposite way.

A separate category of actors – those in the adult film industry – also expressed their support for Trump, despite the controversy surrounding his relationship with Stormy Daniels during his first term in office. Richelle Ryan, Tiffani Madison, and Brandi Love are just a few of the adult actresses waving the Republican flag.
Media Personalities
Popular podcaster Joe Rogan was one of the most vocal supporters of Trump’s campaign. The 47th President-elect even made an appearance on Rogan’s podcast, prompted by his youngest son Barron Trump.

Numerous pro athletes, particularly football stars, weighed in on the election and expressed their support. Former Packers quarterback Brett Favre, former Steelers players Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell, Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker all voted Republican this election.
The latter got himself into some hot water earlier in the campaign for a speech he made at the Benedictine College, where his derogatory comments about both women and his own wife resulted in him going viral (and not in a good way).
NFL star Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany are both pro-Trump, though one is decidedly more vocal about their support than the other. And no, it’s not Patrick. While he expressed that he had no desire to influence anyone’s voting preferences, Brittany has been outspoken in her support throughout the entire campaign.
